This role will have fixed term contract ( 6 months) and will be based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and directly reports to Senior Director, People & Organization. The position
As Human Resources Trainee you will be responsible for supporting employee lifecycle by working with People & Organization team in Turkish affiliate.
Your other responsibilities will include:
•    Preparing announcements on Employee Lifecycle and various processes
•    Supporting HR software SuccessFactors processes in various HR processes such as hiring, reorganization and employee data changes
•    Executing internship programs
•    Supporting internal communication activities
•    Researching best practices and benchmarks for HR processes

The Qualifications
You are a university student on the 3rd or 4th year in a related department or newly graduated from a distinguished university. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken Turkish and English.
•    You have a keen interest in pursuing an HR career
•    You can work part time until June 2024 and full-time during summer months
•    You are competent in MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
•    You are intellectually curious and eager to learn with a creative outlook 
•    You have effective communication and organization skills
