Through your work you will become part of company-wide community that will shape and help you to develop yourcareer.Main responsibilities Position Interactions· Provide HSE advice and support across the local operating unit and further develop thepositive HSE culture through engagement.· Support the operations consistent with Legislation, Group and R&D/Industry best practice.· Provide internal service for audit of measurement rooms and departmental processes tomonitor performance & identify areas for improvement.· Support HSE performance improvement strategies and campaigns linked to key businessobjectives & targets.· Produce monthly HSE KPIs and management information for review and action by LocalOperating Units Managers.· Work proactively with departmental process owners to deliver concise workable processeswhich are compliant with Legislative & Group requirements, and which seek to deliverindustry best practices.· Provide specialist HSE support through capture team meetings, project meetings, lab/sitevisits and inspections, audits, non-project meetings, day to day ad-hoc requests etc.· Through internal source data/records and relevant external source data identify strategiesto continuously improve communication, compliance and performance in the delivery ofkey HSE business objectives.· Utilising internal & external data produce concise and pertinent management informationfor review & action by the Management Team promoting best practice.Requirements , Essential· HSE professional with R&D/manufacturing experience.· Strong academic qualification with an internationally recognized degree at master’s level in Safety Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.· HSE qualifications in accordance with polish legal requirements.· Conversant with relevant ISO & technical standards.· Proficient English skills (both written and spoken).Desirable· Laboratories experience.Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
