You will be part of the HUB team and will be responsible for Poland.Which tasks can you expect?As a Hub Lead you have following responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
- Translate the Hubs MT vision & ambition to the Hub
- Lead the ‘Hub project team’ and set the ambitions and local objectives for the Hub
- Represent the Hub in the Country Tiger team (for POL/ES)
- Provide visibility and advice on how local people budgets are used during the year to ensure engagement of employees.
Operational Leadership
- Manage/mitigate local Hub risks impacting Hub objectives
- Escalate critical matters related to the Hub to the Hub MT
- Lead/support key local stakeholders (people, financial, facilities) activities
- Be the local escalation point and local Hub business partner for stakeholders
Employer Branding & Relations
- Oversee the local employer brand campaigns to attract and retain top talent
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders (local partners, vendors, and universities) and represent SD Worx as an ambassador during external events
Talent & Capability
- Identify Hub growth opportunities by liaising with key internal stakeholders
- Act as SD Worx ambassador for talent recruitment
What do you have to offer?
- Proficient knowledge of English (oral/written)
- Min. 5 years of experience as Operations Manager or Project Manager
- Ideally, you have gained experience in a strategic and/or management consultancy
- Experience in dealing with senior management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Good Project management experience
- Working from the Katowice office – 2 or 3 days per week
Nice to have:
- Experience/interest in HR & Payroll processes
- Experience in Agile way of working
