Your role @ Chanel :

You are the business partner and ambassador of our People & Organisation philosophy and policy within our Corporate & Europe Finance teams (FP&A, accounting, treasury, taxes…), Indirect Procurement and CHANEL Fondation teams based in Neuilly-sur-Seine for the vast majority and in Champs Elysees Avenue in Paris for some of them.

You build a strong partnership with managers and support them daily in their teams’ and organisations’ development, in line with the global P&O Corporate strategy.

The role is based in Neuilly-Sur-Seine and is reporting to a Senior HRBP.

In this context, the P&O Business Partner’s main missions are:

Talent acquisition and Development

Talent acquisition:

Act as a true P&O Business Partner in coordination with managers, supporting the development of their teams and the deployment of P&O policies and processes.

  • Attract, recruit with acuity, and retain key talents aligned with business needs, meeting high requirements in terms of hard and soft skills.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Enhance Internal Mobility and Career Planning:

Partner with P&O Business partners in other entities to promote internal mobility and build comprehensive career plans for our talents.

Foster a Growth Mindset and Support Development:

Encourage a growth mindset within our teams and support employees with their onboarding and development, including learning, mobility, management practices, and career development.

  • Help employees grow within our organisation by providing opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.

Organisation

  • Work with managers to design the most appropriate organisations to support changing business environments.
  • Contribute to all P&O processes (Annual Compensation Review process, Training plans, Development plans, performance reviews…) & monitor staff costs with managers

Projects

  • Actively contributing to transversal P&O projects from deploying Career Days to launching transversal talent reviews.

Preferred skills :

  • CRITICAL – Employee relations, droit du travail, disciplinary, labour law.
  • HR generalist with at least 5 – 7 years of proven experience
  • Purposeful execution.
  • Ability to connect easily with people in order to support them rapidly
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Problem solver – Team spirit – Assertiveness
