Job description

To be an HR Director for Iberia Leadership Team the purpose of the position is to deploy and implement the global HR strategy as well as all HR procedures and processes in Iberia Region in accordance with HR Cluster Head South Europe.Main responsibilities:

  • The management of employees throughout the whole cycle within the company, from the attraction and acquisition to the termination of the employment relationship, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, career development, talent assessment, learning, rewarding, retention, payroll and disciplinary.
  • The provision to the employees of an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues.
  • The consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
  • The management of Global employees hired locally in full compliance with local law.
  • The management of workforce plan, budget and forecasts, personnel cost analysis.
  • The monitoring of all HR KPIs, reports & metrics, ensuring the application of local labour terms and conditions equitable and legally compliant.
  • The performance of administrative processes in fulfilment of all legal obligations, regulations and related reporting.
  • The privacy monitoring in relation to the RGPD, through the maintenance and the protection of confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
  • The full application and compliance of EHS matter.

Education: Degree in Economics or Humanities. Post-graduate Master in BA or HR is a plus.Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, as a HR Director in Spain. If in Portugal also, is a plus.
  • Experience in complex international HR environments, with matrix organizations.
  • Solid expertise in litigations and labour relations in a demanding and changing environment.
  • Experience in Pharma Industry.

Languages:

  • Spanish, native or bilingual proficiency.
  • English, full professional proficiency.
