The main responsibilities will be:
- Identify the best talent (through screening or research) and handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs
- Partnership with senior business stakeholders to align and execute the recruiting strategy
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Ensuring a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally
- Working on other recruiting projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related
- An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to manage up and influence
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively closely as part of a team
- A high performer with exceptional organization
- Excellent spoken and written English is required, additional languages are a plus.
- Able to maintain confidential information and discretion
