During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.*Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJCAs a Integrated Talent Management Intern you’ll support the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Lead and the ITM Sr Manager in the implementation of the department Strategy & Plan. Some of the tasks would be:

  • Analysis of data and preparation of reports which will support the decision making process
  • Coordination/Administration of the Learning & Development Offer (liaising with the learning support team in Cracow and with external providers to organize trainings, administer & analyze evaluation surveys, preparing purchasing orders, etc.)
  • Prepare relevant communications to employees
  • Coordination / administration of the mentoring program
  • Support in the implementation/execution of relevant projects/processes like Individual Development Plan or Career Stories.

Who we’re looking for

  • College /University Degree (preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar related to Human Resources)
  • Spanish (C2) & English (C1). Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Good level in excel and other office tools (powerpoint, etc.)
  • Collaboration

  • Learning on the fly (quick in learn new things and able to find his/her way)
