  • Support the group’s HR processes, particularly in the areas of compensation, performance, recruitment, and talent development. You will ensure that these processes are flawlessly completed to meet our ambitious goals.
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of harmonization initiatives and specific projects for sites or countries, ensuring that our HR strategies are successfully implemented across all locations.
  • Prepare topics and lead meetings with work unions representatives, ensuring collaborative and productive discussions.
  • Provide support to managers in interpreting and implementing HR policies, procedures, regulations, and programs, helping them to navigate various HR issues with confidence.
  • Ensure alignment of HR processes with the site/business strategy and the company’s objectives, contributing to our overarching mission.
  • Mentor managers in talent management, performance, training, local employee issues, and policy compliance.
  • Ensure detailed data recording via HR systems for accurate and timely reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making that supports our strategic objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Higher education in Human Resources, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in this field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical field or in manufacturing operations – R&D, proving your capability to handle complex HR functions.
  • Customer-focused approach and strong communication abilities, allowing you to optimally interact with diverse collaborators.
  • Agility in a matrix and constantly evolving environment, showcasing your ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic settings.
  • Analytical skills and comfort with new technologies, allowing you to bring to bear data and tools for efficient HR practices.
  • Knowledge of process improvement approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), improving your ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactivity, teamwork, and initiative to provide advice and solutions, making you a great teammate.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, crucial for successfully handling collaborator relationships.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), ensuring clear and effective communication in our global environment.
