We are a well-established cleaning company with 40+ employees providing professional cleaning services across Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and organised HR Officer to support our team. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR files Prepare employment contracts and ensure policy compliance Handle employee queries, grievances, and support HR procedures Oversee training, development, and health & safety compliance Assist with payroll and absence tracking. Requirements: Minimum 2 years HR experience Knowledge of Irish employment legislation Applicants must have a good command of the English language. Additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish, etc.) would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Relevant HR or business administration qualification Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
