Human Resources People Services Advisor with GermanDescription –Human Resources People Services Advisor with GermanWe are seeking a HR professional with excellent communication skills in English and German to work as HR PO advisor for Germany market who plays a critical role as trusted advisor to our customers and partners in Human Resources related matters. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for Human Resources and for the continuous improvement of processes.You will be part of a cross functional, cross geographic HRGS Team that partner to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency.In your role, you will:

  • Provide support and processes HR activities from employee‘s hire to retirement via automation, simplification, and continuous process improvement.
  • Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR related legal documents (i.e., employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.)
  • Manage employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up to date) and supports audits, government surveys and reporting if necessary.
  • Ensure exceptional service by promptly and accurately responding to questions by HP employees via HR platform where country specific HR knowledge or solutions are required and updates knowledge database articles.
  • Maintain close collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure the employees are experiencing a HR synchronized organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on HR processes to employees, managers and HR partners.
  • Identify trends based on data analysis and recommend areas for process improvements.
  • Leverage country best practices in view of standardizing process globally.
  • Work closely with HR Systems and Process Integration teams to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow.

To land this role, you also need to have:

  • Fluent/Advanced language skills in English and German.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration and/or related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years related experience in human resources, payroll or business administration.
  • MS Office experience
