Unlocking the full potential of lifeJob purpose:Reporting to the HR Director of our Industrial Operations Division, this newly created position will play a key role in our organisation’s transformation and be fully involved in a wide variety of global Industrial division HR projects supporting our teams in the continued evolution of our organisation. The role will require excellent stakeholder management skills, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that human resources agenda is firmly embedded in all projects relating to the Industrial Division.This position can be based in a country where Recordati has a main office, i.e. UK, France, Spain or Italy and will be based, on a hybrid basis 2 days per week from the office. Candidates must have the right to live/work in the country for which they are applying. The role will involve European travel up to 25%.Key responsibilities:
- Working in a complex international environment, provide operational HR Support across all transformation projects, bringing a pragmatic approach and putting our employees firmly at the centre of decision making
- Drive project implementation from an HR perspective, from planning communications through to implementation stage
- Representing the Industrial Division on all projects and at all discussions relating to Recordati’s Digital HR journey, to ensure quality on-time delivery
- Working closely with the HR Director, handle talent management and succession planning follow up and action planning
- Tracks, monitors and reports on HR program and project progress to ensure successful execution
Required skills, qualifications, experience and behaviours:
- Master’s Degree in HR or International Business
- HR generalist background with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferably within an international industrial/manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of European labour relations
- Project Management experience in an international HR environment
- Fluent, both written and spoken in English. Fluency in additional European languages would be preferred
- HR operations and administration experience; the ability to think strategically, then work hands on with teams across the business
- Demonstrable experience of evolution within matrix organisations
- Exemplary multi-tasking and communication skills
- Solutions oriented, constructive approach to problem solving
- Highly organised and detail conscious, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PPT and Teams
