About the job
Our Team:
Europe EPM SC Team manage the Supply Chain relationship with our unique Distribution Partner in Europe & CIS in achieving sales performance & growth ambition strictly monitored in accordance with the defined SC KPI’s and contractual obligations.
In close contact with EPM Management, we are really integrated on all Business decisions for strengthen the partnership with our unique Distributor on this large & diverse geographical perimeter.
Main responsibilities:

Support the SC Head Europe & Eurasia CHC New Partner Markets on:
-
The implementation of the Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning for Europe Markets & Global EPM perimeter
-
The organization of the Europe & Global S&OP/IBP Committees on a regular basis with all the stakeholders
-
The monitoring of the Supply Chain performance (Service level, OTIF, SISO, stock monitoring, Sales Forecast Accuracy) and implementing improvement actions plans
-
Leading the Europe Sales Forecasting process supported by Kinaxis tool and ensure the proper DRP in Kinaxis aligned with contractual stock policy, MOQ, etc.

Inventory monitoring as per New Business Model strategy and contractual obligations

Building forecasting analysis, supply capabilities, risks and opportunities assessment

A proper SISO monitoring (incl/Returns & destructions)

Portfolio management: coordinate all necessary SC actions linked to new Global Launches, innovations & pruning
About you
-
Education : Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business
-
Experience : Successful experience in Supply Chain Operations (pharmaceutical or FMCG) with good background in planning and customer care processes

Soft skills : Proven experience in Customer relationship and cross functional internal stakeholders

Strong interpersonal and influence leadership skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people, proven negotiation skills
-
Be able to drive results, proactively seeks to improve processes and implement best in class solutions

Strong teamwork mindset with a collaborative orientation, able to lead and work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

High level of adaptability in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing activities and priorities

Autonomous, self-propelling with positive mindset

Languages : Fluent in English
