Cégleírás / Organisation/DepartmentThe Identity and Access Management Analyst is responsible for fulfilling access requests within a variety
of banking applications and infrastructure systems. The objective of the role is to manage user roles and
access privileges within compliance of set information security policies and standards.Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Expertise in end-to-end IAM products, compliance policies, and security administration.
- Independently handle complex requests, security processes, and compliance-related tasks.
- Provide on-call emergency support, including weekends/public holidays.
- Lead resolution of critical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Represent GIAM in audits, compliance calls, and deliverables.
- Maintain and review Process Control Manual documents and security access records.
- Ensure timely completion of requests, incident troubleshooting, and compliance tasks.
- Support system setup, maintenance, automation, and process improvements.
- Coach/train team members and contribute to organizational strategy.
- Uphold ethical standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Information Security or a related field.
- Strong application/system knowledge and ability to apply security policies in daily work.
- Understanding of cyber security risks and IAM controls.
- Proven discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility for on-call, holiday, and weekend support.
- Team player with adaptability, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, concise English communication (written and verbal) with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, Lean methodology experience, and advanced Microsoft tools proficiency.
