What You’ll Need to Join Our TeamEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience providing support on web-based or enterprise software is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (account manager, call center, help desk, software support, application support, production support)
- Previous experience working at a software company
- Understanding of application-to-application interfaces, such as XML and REST API
- Software Development Lifecycle exposure
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based teams
- Familiarity with webinar tools such as GoToMeeting, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams
- SQL experience, preferred
- Basic knowledge of Postman and Swagger
- Prior experience using ticketing software like JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.
- Nice to have: GIT.

Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.About the Role:The Implementation Analyst will assist with the successful onboarding of new Clients to the PCRS platform. The primary responsibilities will be integrating Client’s external provider systems such as Menus, DMS and Payment Providers, configuring add-on products and system values in order to migrate the Client’s legacy data to PCRS. This position will work closely with the Data Conversion Team in developing Power BI reports and in advancing the Data Conversion tools and process. ,[In this role, you will: , Setup and test integrations between PCRS and external systems such as Menu Systems, DMS systems, Inspection Companies, Parts Integrations and Payment Providers., Be a SME for and own the implementation of PCRS add-on modules for new Clients., Work closely with the Business Analyst and Data Conversion team on configuration, tasks and testing necessary to get a new Client live on PCRS., Partner with the Data Conversion Team on developing tools such as Power BI reports for data analysis and verification report delivery to be used by the Business Analyst Teams., Be a driver for improvement projects, such as building a customer-facing utility that advances the Implementation Team’s current data validation tool and building automated test validations to reduce manual review of conversion data., Ensure the proper documentation of Conversion processes and technical updates.] Requirements: SQL, Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, Git Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee, Bike parking, Shower, Free snacks, Free beverages, Free parking, In-house trainings, Free breakfast, Modern office, No dress code.
