We are seeking applications for an enthusiastic and committed Inclusion Assistant to join our Maidstone TV studios team to work with students to help them access their learning.

You will work with a wide range of students, including those with declared disabilities or learning differences, providing learning support, through “roaming” support, drop-in appointments, and group sessions. 

On occasions you will work individually with students, who require a high level of assistance. The support you provide will be designed to promote and develop more inclusive solutions for disabled students across a range of areas including communication, wellbeing and behavioural support.   

Educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience in supporting FE or HE learners with additional learning support needs is essential. You should have experience of supporting in one-to-one and group settings as well as assisting students to engage with identified learning strategies and study skills, preferably within a creative arts course environment.

The actual salary for this role is £13,425-£14,956 p.a.
