Offer DescriptionThe Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA-CSIC) and the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial (IRI-CSIC) are offering a two year fully-funded Postdoc position in Artificial Intelligence.The position requires the Postdoc to present a research proposal that explore the synergy between traditional SAT/MaxSAT algorithms and machine learning techniques. Proposals should aim at developing methods capable of managing exceptionally large and complex datasets, with a focus on practical applications in assistive robotics. For more information about the position requirements check the extended description at the program website.The position is offered in the context of ALLIES postdoctoral training program in Artificial Intelligence led by the Spanish National Research Council, coordinated through the AIHUB Connection, and co-funded by the European Union under the HORIZON EUROPE MSCA COFUND program framework. ALLIES aims to recruit 17 postdoctoral researchers in 2 different Calls who will conduct interdisciplinary and intersectorial research in Artificial Intelligence aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.The candidates will be working with Dr Felip Manyà (IIIA) and Dr Guillem Alenyà (IRI).
