We spark ideas that lead to positive impact and continued success.If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you.Intercompany Accountant Contractor will be a part of Varian Northern America Accounting team, supporting Varian’s intercompany function mainly for Oncology Systems and Corporate, North America region. The position reports to Accounts Operations manager located in the United States.
In this role, the accountant will participate in a wide range of intercompany and general accounting activities from day-to-day accounting to month-end close related responsibilities.This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Process weekly Debit Runs/FinPay and clear open items as needed;Prepare Outgoing Intercompany ITAs;Reconcile intercompany balances and perform reclassifications at month end if needed;Reconcile Inhouse Finavigate Banking accounts;Issue system generated I/C invoices and book manual adjustments as required;Perform Revaluation of Foreign Currency transactions;Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations;Assist with ICC Project.Assist with system implementations and perform user acceptance training;Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports.
