Intern in Application Development Services Team

Location – Cracow

You will be responsible for development/implementation and maintenance of variety business intelligence reports to meet the business users’ needs in International Paper.

You will:

-Be responsible for Life Cycle Development of BI Reports  

-Be working with the ADS Manager, BI Team Leader, Application Architect, BIM Business Analysts to create new (or enhance the existing) reports

-Give estimates for work requested – to help plan workload

-Provide break/fixes

-Ensure compliance with IP technical standards (especially BI Roadmap) and processes

You have:

-Bachelor’s Degree (or still studying) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience

-Analytical problem solving abilities

-Strong customer focus

-Effective communications, organizational, time management and problem solving skills

-Ability to function in a constantly changing environment

-Very good verbal and written communication skills – English

-Skills in the following technical areas:

-Crystal Reports (or similar) – frontend reports development

-Microsoft SQL Server (with T-SQL) code development with SQL Server Management Studio

-Understanding of relational databases design/schema

-Experience with source code management/repositories (Microsoft TFS, Git or similar).

-Experience with: Microsoft Power BI  (data modeling with PowerQuery / DAX / M ) and with DevOps (for tasks organizing/tracking) – will be a plus

-Availability to work for approximately 20-30 hours per week
