We provide Transformation expertise ranging from Portfolio Management, Project Management, Change Management, Agile, Process Expertise, Business Advisory, Business Engagement, Business and more.DISCOVER your opportunityAs a Business Support intern, your core responsibilities will be to support the Head of Transformation and Change Delivery on procurement-related activities and administration, ensuring that our teams can deliver the resources needed for transformation to be successful. You will also have opportunities to support the TCD strategy manager on cross-TCD communications, engagement and reporting activities.Training and guidance will be provided but interns must demonstrate independent learning skills and knowledge progression. Work arrangement split between remote and onsite (60% remote, 40% onsite). Additionally, you may be required to adjust your hours occasionally to support collaboration across global time zones.
In the Wroclaw office, you will have support from members of our PMO team, which currently consists of 1 manager, 1 senior PMO specialist, and will soon include 2 additional interns.What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Setting up purchase orders in our procurement tool,
  • Implement change orders

in co-operation with our financial team, to ensure prompt and correct payments * Occasionally provide admin/calendar support for other TCD LT member

  • Support the TCD Strategy Manager on cross-TCD communications, engagement and reporting activities on an ad-hoc basis

  • University student in 2nd – 5th year with an academic focus in Business Administration, Project Management, Business, or Economics
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Energetic, collaborative work style with ease in flexing to changing workloads and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, such as PPT.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven detailed orientation, and organization skills with an eye for details
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills, problem resolution ownership
  • Availability c.10 hours per week.

Desired Skills and Abilities:· Project Management Experience: Previous involvement in projects or initiatives, whether in academic settings, extracurricular activities, or internships, can demonstrate familiarity with project management principles, such as planning, execution, and monitoring (event organization, student union activities engagement, etc.).· Internships or coursework in Business Administration or Management: Experience or academic background in business-related fields can provide a foundational understanding of business processes, project management, organizational dynamics, and reporting.· Administrative or Data Management Experience: Previous experience with e.g. data entry, data analysis, and generating reports, particularly within procurement or finance contexts can provide helpful insights and experience for this role.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
