• Support colleagues delivering internal projects
• Develop and maintain reports (GSHEET, ad-hoc PPT)
• Follow up on business requirements for data warehouse and PBI report development
• As a business analyst, take part in the development of our in-house web application
• Utilize our knowledge and task management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Wikipedia)
• Support and help innovate Hiflylabs’s operational processes
• Efficiently overview and manage workflows
• Create reference materials based on delivered projects
• Monitor data accuracy in reports

QualificationsRequirements:

• Availability of at least 20 hours per week
• Master’s degree in progress
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Technical affinity and system-oriented mindset
• Process-oriented thinking
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Proactive in finding solutions and creative problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Sense of humor

Additional InformationNice to have:

• Relevant work experience in similar positions
• Member/leader in student organization during studies
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Eagerness to learn SQL, Google script, PBI, database architecture systems, or dbt
• Economics/management background
