Job Summary
The International Engineering Program Manager is responsible for ensuring an elevated level of client satisfaction within the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Critical Environment Management, Fire Life Safety, and Asset Life Cycle management. Delivering and supporting key Engineering program initiatives as well as ensuring business as usual consistency in processes and operational delivery.
The role takes ownership for and supports improvement in operational delivery activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the International property portfolio.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities –
- Develop and implement Key initiatives within the Engineering Program
- Guide the IFM teams through the Engineering program requirements of local service delivery
- Support relationships within the team to address operational challenges head on championing compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Support and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Support the delivery of services in line with key performance indicators, service levels and program delivery methodology.
- Support Account Management and ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of Engineering program delivery
- Ensure standard operating procedures, processes, and program methodology are adhered too
- Support the delivery of all international initiatives and programs as directed by JLL Engineering and Account Leadership
- Support the Engineering Program Service delivery requirements which are defined by work instructions or communicated in training
- Provide Engineering Programmatic support to operations and maintenance personnel via change management and training.
Qualifications –
- Focus in Integrated Facilities Management – Engineering Bias – supporting operations
- Experience in owning, managing, and supporting Facilities Management across multiple locations and countries in a Programmatic capacity or Role
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and delivering process optimization and working through others
- Proven Performance in a deadline-driven, and on demand team environment
- Understanding of technical processes and impact on delivery services (SOW)
- Understanding and experience successfully delivering IFM Programs
- Five years plus experience in a Senior Level IFM Leadership or Programmatic role
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
- Analytical, a proven ability to solve problems using an objective approach
- Planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated client relationship skills
- Strong communicator – good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills
- Self-motivated, initiative-taking, and confident
- Flexible – able to adapt and effectively deal with rapidly changing, stressful situations
- Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
- Able to work independently and be a team player
- Exhibit honesty & trustworthiness
