  • Actively make contact and build relationships with new local McDonalds organizations, where there are no local LLBG sales organizations.
  • Build the yearly budget for McDonalds starting from our Sweet-on-the-Go portfolio
  • Understand the customer’s local needs & constraints for doing business (from raw materials to export)for any country we want to enter and not having a local organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regards to Quality, Contingency, Auditing & Service etc for all markets led by you
  • Build the global sales plan creating mutual value for La Lorraine and McDonalds
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms locally and beyond.

Lead existing accounts for APAC region

  • Be the single point of contact for local McDonalds organizations
  • Prepare and ensure a business continuity plan delivering the requested service level across all touchpoints given strategic partnership
  • Develop and execute the account strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews in/externally providing insights on sales performance, market trends and elevating customer needs

Commercial leader in ITL McDonalds team

  • Lead global pricing strategy & portfolio management
  • Develop and implement best practices for sales strategies, reporting, and tracking to ensure operational efficiency and harmonization between markets
  • Gather Global Sales input for HQ quarterly business reviews in/external
  • Work closely with the LLBG local sales teams including marketing, supply chain, customer service etc…
  • Be well informed on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
  • Hands-on, able to impact and push projects forward in an inclusive way
  • Empowered, eager to grow and develop in a fast and ever moving environment
  • 5+ years’ experience in Global Sales Account management, ideally in a fast-growing business
  • Experience in FMCG and/or Global QSR players
  • Experience in APAC region, understanding cultural differences in collaboration & building businesses
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with passion for joint-business-planning vs. hardcore selling
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive sales strategies and decisions
  • Clear communicator & public speaker
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a must, other (Asian) languages are a plus
  • Education: Master degree, ideally in areas like Business Administration and/or Economics
