International marketing Internship

The Role
Markem-Imaje is looking for a talented and passionate student with marketing and communication studies for a 06 months internship. In this internship you will work closely with the digital communication, trade marketing and sales enablement teams, supporting the positioning and roll-out of our Connected Products offering. You will work hands on with creating and executing marketing strategies, thought-leadership content, training materials and software sales enablement activities to create awareness, generate leads and contribute to the success of the company and its international partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to put in use your academic knowledge and increase your marketing and communication skills working directly with the Markem-Imaje’s Global Marketing Team.
What you will do:
-Create MarCom programs that encompass target audience (internal audiences, direct market and international partner), industry segmentation, process and actions, messaging strategy, training needs, collateral and budget allocation.
-Manage external marketing agencies to support asset creation such as long-format articles, videos, graphics and artworks.
-Identifying and develop training and sales enablement tools that will increase the Sales department’s knowledge and conversion rate.
-Virtually meet with Direct Sales Team and International Partner to present and launch campaigns.
-Drive internal awareness, presenting to local marketing team or crafting newsletters.
-Establish KPIs and measure success for constant improvement. Report performance metrics at the team and executive level.
What you need to have:
-Being a 3rd year university student in the Marketing and Communications area or recent graduate
-Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
-Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
-Self-motivated with a data-driven mindset and willingness to accept feedback.
-Software savvy: frequent user of Microsoft Office 360 and quick learner of marketing tools like Hootsuite (social), Adobe (design), MailChimp (emails) etc.
