About the Job :
- Support all affiliates on press launches, events, brand partnerships, influencer squads and collaborations and assist with organisation and management of all press launches
- Work with all functions of marketing to ensure 360-degree launches that are strategically aligned across brand teams.
- Support across all consumer engagement related topics : covering the paid, earned, owned media strategy as well as selected parts of the online business
About Your Responsibilities
Key tasks:
360° PLAN & CREATIVE MATERIALS :
- Coordination of markets requests regarding visuals and guidelines (asset management)
- Development of creative briefs to adapt brand visuals for online, social or instore purposes
- Support in the design of 360° Go-to-market presentation, including consumer marketing elements, destined to the markets / regional teams &ndash follow up with markets when local execution happens
- Support of 360° campaign implementations for Pure Players like Zalando & Notino including the asset production
- Leading the compilation of post-launch reports & extraction of findings/insights as well as best practice identification
- Design of content creation briefings based on trends for our Pro Artist team EARNED & OWNED & PAID MEDIA & ONLINE
- Monthly reporting of social networks (owned & earned) performance / ad-hoc analysis through our social listening tools
- Monthly reporting of CRM performance, services & dramming
- Follow-up with markets on paid media budgets and allocations
- Support markets with their influencer collaborations
- Competition analysis on Offline & Online campaigns: press screening, social & identification of digital best practices and benchmarks
- Support markets on their Virtual Selling journey, by creating content creation briefings, collect best-practices, follow-up on reportings etc.
- Asset support & creation for brand.com & the e-com business
- Regular competitive reviews & audits of the e-com business
An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
Qualifications
About You
Available 6 months starting January 2025
Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships / work experience ideal.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English
Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
