YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :This internship will take place in Paris (75009) in our superb HQ, as of July 2024. The Danone Academy global team is looking for an intern to assist in the creation and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines, and processes all over the world.To thrive in your missions, Maria-Sol, Svetlana and Roxana, Global Learning managers, will help you cross the finish line:

• Participation in the design of learning solutions at Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
• Community management of Danone Academy colleagues and learners across the globe to boost Danone learning solutions
• Ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries
• Creation of communication approach for our learning programs to promote them within the Group
• Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management
• To lead LMS output processes: learning tracking, evaluation reporting – preparation of reports for decision making
• Support execution and coordination of learning programs
• Proactively looks for new ways of exploiting data in the system for better and more informed action plans

THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

• You will have an exposure of learning offering across multiple functions at Danone (HR, Marketing, Sales, Quality, Food Safety, General Secretary, IT, etc.)
• You will get a chance to learn project and stakeholder management, cutting edge learning systems, and how to navigate in a cross-cultural environment
• You will progress in a very demanding environment, at the heart of Danone’s Learning & Development strategy
• You will have the independence and flexibility to organize your workload and present your work to different stakeholders
• You will benefit from a proper integration and a personalized HR follow-up all along your Danone experience
• Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
• You will receive a gratification from 1 120€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 300€ gross/month (Master)

You are a champion:

• Available from July 2024 for a duration of 6 months
• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school
• You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment
• You demonstrate an interest in issues related to Learning and Development
• You are recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
• You are comfortable to communicate with people from diverse profiles
• You are comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel data management functions
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered a plus
