You will work closely together with highly skilled colleagues and work on exciting projects including:

  • Facilitate process improvement projects within the areas of Pull, Kaizen, Visual Process Management, Process Optimization
  • Analyzing of value chain processes by use of known Lean methodologies to identify processes with optimization potential

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis of value chain processes and identification of optimization potential
  • Process optimization
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Focus on Lean tool

Qualifications
We are looking for an Intern currently studying at a bachelor’s or master’s level within Value Chain Management or Production/Industrial Engineering.In addition, you have:

  • A can-do attitude and are motivated by converting your theoretical knowledge into practice
  • The ability to work with different tasks simultaneously and are self-driven
  • An eye for details and produce quality work
  • A positive attitude and see yourself as a team player
  • The ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English

The key point to success as an Intern in our team is to show commitment, work with passion both in groups and independently, an outgoing and proactive personality, curiosity, as well as a showing initiative in the daily work. You solve your tasks within set deadlines and with strong focus on quality and detail, of course in close cooperation with your colleagues. You work in a structured manner, make things happen and identify and deal with issues proactively.
