Therefore, we are currently looking for an Intern in QHSE to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Team and Role
You will become part of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) department and collaborate closely with colleagues from QHSE, but also Terma overall to develop, implement, and follow-up on various projects, processes, and activities. You will become an active partner working with our QHSE focus areas with responsibility for own tasks.QHSE consist of multiple departments striving towards the same overall end goal. The Internship could be in one of the below departments within QHSE:

  • Intern in quality assurance in Project and Product Development and Aviation Safety, this department is responsible for ensuring compliance in customer, certification, and regulatory requirements from proposal, in project to delivery and the contractual obligations after delivery. The primary task will be to support a strategic initiative to monitor quality and safety activities in project and product development, integrated with e.g., R&D activities. Daily tasks also consist of operational tasks, support stakeholder involvement in projects, customer complaints and requirement evaluations.
  • Intern in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), this department is responsible for developing and enforcing policies and practices that protect the safety and well-being of employees by identifying and mitigating workplace hazards and for enabling initiatives to minimize the company’s environmental footprint, including reducing waste, managing emissions, and promoting sustainability across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:

  • Organize and manage QHSE data and documentation
  • Take ownership of small-scale tasks and ensure their timely completion
  • Collaborate with and support QHSE specialists on various projects

Qualifications
The key qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
