As an intern in our CoE, you’ll be at the heart of our Europe Region operations, supporting everything from planning to reporting. You’ll work closely with our OT&D leads, making sure our learning, talent, and culture initiatives are a hit. Plus, you’ll get a front-row seat to all the action!What’s in It for You:

What you need to make this internship a success:Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field at Msc. level.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ready to travel occasionally within Europe.
  • Experience with Power BI or other analytic tools is a plus.
  • Previous internships at international companies are a bonus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

This role is perfect for someone who wants a 360° view of the Talent, Learning, and Culture space. You’ll need a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key.What will be expected of you:Data Administration:

  • Keep our CoE database systems up-to-date and generate cool reports.
  • Help gather dashboard data for D&I targets, learning attendance, and other metrics.
  • Make sure all records are GDPR-compliant and follow other policies.

Event & Training Course Administration/Coordination:

  • Handle procurement and financial processes for new vendors.
  • Reconcile expenses against purchase orders (PO).
  • Assist with event and training course management: confirm dates, book rooms, order catering, and arrange accommodation and travel.
  • Prepare materials for events, conferences, and training courses, including ordering stationery and gifts.
  • Coordinate guest speakers, facilitators, and all related admin.
  • Register delegate attendance and ensure events run smoothly.
  • Track attendance post-event and report on it.
  • Process invoices for events, learning, and other CoE expenses.
  • Manage initiative/event admin (e.g., communications, presentations).
  • Coordinate digital activation feedback and nominations.

Learning:

  • Support the Learning team with key projects like the learning management system roll-out, including notetaking and keeping the project plan updated.
  • Assist with Graduate Program admin, such as tracking rotations and helping with training planning.

Administrative Support:

  • Consolidate internal credit card expenses and reconcile them.
  • Maintain the OT&D shared mailbox and respond to enquiries.
  • Take minutes in meetings and update the CoE intranet pages.
  • Book travel and accommodation for team members.
