This may involve tasks related to:Sustainability-related disclosure standardsMaintenance of internal documents, presentations and spreadsheetsData managementCustomer requestsReporting processes and proceduresQuestionnaires and assessments for ESG rating and rankingsPeer benchmarkingInternal communicationsWhat’s in it for youA great opportunity to develop your skills (technical, soft skills, communication, etc.)Gaining experience in a multinational and diverse environmentPossibility to become part of NXP’s Young Professional Talent PoolWorking on real assignments which contribute to NXP’s objectivesYour ProfileMinimum Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or Sustainability.Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, with flexibility, collaboration and adaptability.Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills / Fluent in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).Comfortable prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Problem solver with the ability to evaluate a situation at hand, identify gaps, opportunities and solutions.Detail oriented and time management skills.Strong background in Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated interested in corporate sustainability issues.DurationThis is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 months or longer.
