Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks at the request of our clients

• Installing applications.
• Analyse and specify solutions.
• Carry out specific developments, JAVA applications, interfaces, data transfer and reporting.
• Train clients on the technical solutions implemented.

As a technical consultant, you will advise and assist clients during the project phase. You will be responsible for the integration of technical solutions. You will also participate in the development of our solutions by listening to our customers every day.

Ideally you are familiar with the technical environment of the M3 ERP (MAK, MEC eCollaborator, Streamserve MOS, Jscript).

• You will be self-sufficient and rigorous, with good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of customer service and a real ability to adapt, which will enable you to fulfil your professional project.
