MOHU (part of MOL Group) has been established in order to manage these activities and started its operation in July 2023. In line with MOL Group 2030+ strategic goal, the company is committed to be a key player in the circular economy in CEE region. MOL will be responsible in the frame of the concession of the waste collection from households and businesses in Hungary. The company will organize the pre-treatment and treatment operations necessary to meet the strict waste management and recycling targets of the European Union.MOHU’s Finance team is responsible for setting up and operating the full range of financial processes necessary for the company operation. You will have the possibility to keep your finger on the pulse of business as well as shape the future of MOHU.Responsibilities:Prepare strategic and business plans, forecasts and regular and ad hoc reportsDevelop, maintain and operate sophisticated DCF modelsProvide analyses based on management and business requests, and create decision making material for MOL Group managementContribute to the annual business planning cycle financial modelling partPerform year-end financial impairment testing of waste management assets by preparing financial modelsMonitor, standardize and enhance the economic evaluation processRequirements:University/college degree in finance or economicsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in controllingSystems and process-oriented approachExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum intermediate level of written and spoken EnglishWhat we offer:Permanent position, starting as soon as possibleThe opportunity to transform the waste management industry in Hungary and support the transition to circular economyHigh quality, creative, complex work as part of a professional teamCompetitive benefits packageDevelopment opportunities through external/internal trainingProfessional advancement within MOL GroupLocation:Budapest
