And our way of working smarter.As an Investor Relations Manager you will be part of the Investor Relations team (IR) of the Proximus Group, encompassing the domestic and international operations of the company. IR serves as a communication channel towards the investment community and financial markets in general. You will be working in a small but dynamic team that acts as primary contact for investors and broker research analysts.The Investor Relations team aims at broadening the shareholder interest and a fair share price through ongoing communication, providing relevant information to the financial markets.IR communication, be it in written, in person, on roadshows/conferences or calls, needs to be clear, consistent, correct, and with the right level of transparency. This requires thorough preparation, including a very good understanding of the company’s financial and operational results, and ongoing knowledge gathering on a wide range of subjects concerning Proximus Group and the telecom and digital communications sector at large.The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. This role involves managing market expectations and preparing any market-oriented communication such as the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook for the investment community.More precisely, in the role of Investor Relations Manager you will report to the Investor Relations Lead with following responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the investment community: Actively maintain a dialogue with investors /analysts, answer their questions in an appropriate way and build a trust-based relationship.
- Manage the end-to-end process for the company-compiled consensus, manage market expectations and see to a high-quality outcome.
- Prepare and manage the quarterly result process within a strict timeline, including the write up of the report, analyst/investor presentation and Q&A preparation.
- Collaborate with the finance, legal, communications and business teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all communications.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback.
- Participate in Management and IR roadshows and conferences.
- Write the IR sections for the Annual Report and ensure consistency of all other sections.
- Manage the company’s investor relations website and ensure it is up-to-date with relevant information.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master degree or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience in investor relations and finance.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. Familiarity with TM1 and Thinkcell is a plus.
