BA is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into IT solutions that enhance supply chain operations. This role demands a deep understanding of supply chain processes, IT systems, and data flows to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives.Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the interface between the business and the software development team.
  • Prepare software requirement specification documents for all software development projects.
  • Create process flowcharts to represent business logic.
  • Track change requests that arise during the software development process.
  • Maintain version control for software releases, including documentation of the reasons for version changes.
  • Develop database mapping diagrams and logic block diagrams.
  • Notify stakeholders of any issues with current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Assess the business impact of changes to business requirements.
  • Provide stakeholders with updates on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure implementation aligns with the project schedule.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a similar Business Analysis role,
  • Proven experience in designing solutions and coordinating development activities with technical stakeholders,
  • Strong expertise in requirements management and preparation of documentation,
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment,
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience in business process mapping and/or describing business requirements,
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills,
  • Strong knowledge of SCM processes (a significant plus),
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment,
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment,
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively without supervision,
  • Strong intercultural awareness,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Fluency in English.
