  • Collaborating within an international, agile and cross-functional product team focused on the technical renewal of an internally developed IT software
  • Coordinating requirements with country representatives, related departments and the product team in order to specify and hand them over to the development team
  • Facilitating close collaboration between product owner and development team
  • Leading sprint ceremonies, including refinements
  • Advising the product owner on prioritising upcoming developments
  • Focussing on designing a robust and scalable product
  • Proactively identifying and evaluating potential causes of disruption and analysing incidents to reduce the solution’s vulnerability and increase product stability
  • Assuming responsibility for projects to increase product quality

Your ProfileWhat you bring with you.

  • As an interface between the business and IT, you are familiar with both worlds and you communicate effectively with developers and business colleagues alike
  • Basic knowledge of IT service management and experience in process design and optimisation
  • Technical expertise and ideally work experience as a developer
  • Very good analytical and strategic skills as well as experience with requirements analysis
  • Target-group-oriented communication skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Experience working as part of an agile team
