If you are a proactive and experienced IT support professional ready to take on a senior role with a focus on client engagement and technical excellence, we want to hear from you!What’s in it for you –Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience40 days paid holiday annuallyPartnership scheme where you will receive a share in the profit of the businessBusiness card for business travelWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to clients.Technical Confidence: Strong background in IT support with a proven track record of solving challenging technical issues.Enthusiastic Personality: A positive and energetic approach to work and client interactions.Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable and adept at engaging with senior or difficult personalities, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Project Management: Skilled in managing on-site projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless execution.Duties will include but are not limited to –Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for our clients’ IT systems on-site on a regular basis.Engage directly with senior and high-profile clients, addressing complex issues with professionalism and ease.Deliver on-site project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.Identify opportunities to upsell technical solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.Mandatory Skills – At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in:Previous managerial or supervisory experience requiredConfigure and implement cyber essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory)Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory)Network Infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, AP’s, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLAN’s)Ability to pro-actively support and collaborate with service providers and team membersFollow industry best practices processes.Windows server 2016, 2019, 2022 (Group Policies, Security Policies etc)Azure administration and implementationsGood understanding and knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11 and MacFamiliar with different client builds/imagingStrong customer support with excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to problem solve independently.
