IT Operations Manager
We are looking for a person with an excellent capability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience implementing efficient processes on cloud-based solutions to join our team inPosition Snapshot:
– Location: Barcelona, Spain.
– Type of contract: Permanent.
– Stream: IT Analytics, Data Integration.
– Remote policy: Hybrid work.
– Languages: Fluent Business English.What youll do:
– Play crucial role in capturing feedback from business users and stakeholders to meet expected service levels, data governance best practices and drive product excellence.
– Support continuous improvement of existing business processes, governance and user engagement of IT Sustainability solutions.
– Supervise implementation of enhancements with business and technical stakeholders.
– Facilitate operational calls with product owners and other sustainability stakeholders.
– Ensure efficient regular reporting processes across Sustainability solutions and ensure IT security standards are applied across these solutions.
