Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.Tasks / FeladatokWe are looking for our new colleague with a 2 years fixed term contract for the following responsibilities:Leading of company internal, business-related IT projects
Ensuring the successful execution of projects within the given limits (time, resource, cost, scope and quality)
Preparation of project plans and documentations
Holding presentations, running meetings in relation to the projects
Tracking and unblocking project activities
Reconciliation of business demands in functional and system specifications, to define development concepts
Preparation of feasibility studies and necessary specification documentations
Review, documentation and development of internal IT processes
Professional communication with customers, partner departments, developers, operators, IT helpdesk staff, external or internal project team
Professional communication with authorities and legal advisors
Representation of IT in audits
Preparation of test cases, test concept, development of test plan
Perform functional tests and test coordinator tasks
Registration, tracking and reporting of test results
Active contribution to the development of business continuity solutions
Coordination of error correction processes in case of an error in the production environment
Reporting on the status of projects
Managing information asset and risk register of projectsRequirements / ElvárásokCompleted studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification or several years of work in the field of responsibility
Experience with IT project management processes
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and development or related area
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various business units and IT teams
Analytical skills and knowledge of system analysis methods
Ability to grasp complex situations
Takes ownership of topics
Can-do attitude
Self-motivation
Time management skills
Results-oriented thinking, confident, determined to act
High level MS Office knowledge
Basic programming skills
