Job description
- Deliver technology projects through entire lifecycle with adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and prepare reports.
- Create and analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
- Guide the team in time estimation practices and facilitate team estimates.
- Drive team iteration execution and communicate with management and stakeholders.
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks.
- Conduct postmortems and root cause analyses to help teams continuously improve and ensure maximum productivity.
- Proactively identify and eliminate impediments.
- Manage assigned special projects.
- Perform other duties as needed.

- 3-5 years of experience in the area of IT Project Management. Preferably in software development and infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrable expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to anticipate the development teams’ needs.
- Solid experience collaborating with internal and external partner teams.
- Comfortable presenting project readouts to various audiences.
- Ability to understand and represent both business and technology perspectives.
- Excellent communicator in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Possess a university degree or equivalent diploma.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
