Job description

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and their application in service operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (MS Project, MS SQL) are a plus.

In this role, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager to build and maintain the project roadmap for a custom application development team that consists of several small Agile Scrum teams. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible to align with Product Owners, Key Project Stakeholders, and the team’s Program Manager to monitor project status, plan and communicate milestones and deadlines, and to facilitate the handling of escalations.Our Offer to You
