Position overview

Are you interested in being part of the digital transformation in the world leading industrial coatings resins company? allnex is looking for an experienced IT Sourcing Manager who has strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a strong project management skills to join our team. 
You will lead the development and execution of IT sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive sustainable sourcing initiatives.
As policies at allnex are becoming more and more important, you also need to be able to inform your internal customers on the policies and processes.

Also you will be responsible for managing the Global IT sourcing portfolio for allnex organization and as such be an essential partner to the IT teams during the ongoing digital transformation of our company.

Responsibilities
-Global Category Management for IT, including developing and managing relationships with suppliers in the technology category – hardware, software, SaaS, public cloud and datacenters.
-Act as primary contact and responsible for world-class supplier relationship management of key suppliers in the assigned portfolio.
-To be a procurement partner towards the global IT organization, influence decision-making at all levels and support various business stakeholders and suppliers driving results in an expert role to achieve overall strategic goals.
-Perform analysis, interpretation, investigation and research of complex contractual information. Advises team leads and IT management on contract interpretation and develop solutions and formal recommendations.
-Lead calls for tenders and make sure contract renewals are negotiated in time and fact based.
-Ensure adherence to compliance, standards and best practices.
-Conduct global market research to identify potential new suppliers with the goal of identifying sources of supply based on competitiveness, capability, and business needs.
-Define and implement the global IT sourcing strategy by means of developing a rich pipeline of TCO reduction projects by execution of RFP’s, conducting of supplier negotiations and drive project maturing until execution. 
-Deliver on the agreed global target for annual savings for the IT & Telecoms category.
-Manage frame contract implementation including awarding and evaluate supplier performance.

Required skills and experience
-Minimal 6 years of experience of working within a purchasing role including in an IT category manager role in a large multinational context.
-Demonstrated experience with handling different scope IT contracts and service models (application- and infrastructure outsourcing, cloud, xAAS, and more).
-Good understanding of the international legal complexities when dealing with IT in a global environment and demonstrated experience handling compliance topics within the contractual context (GDPR, PIPL, NIS, etc).
-Strong reporting skills and an analytical approach.
-Able to develop positive and productive relationships with suppliers and with multiple stakeholders within the company.
-Action oriented and performance driven.
-Good communication skills at all levels, including those required for delivering strong service in a supplier-facing role.
-Strong organizational skills – both in terms of personal organization and in relation to managing supplier records and the associated processes.
-Fluency in English (Additional languages will be considered as an advantage).
