Our Client based in Limerick is currently seeking an IT Account Manager with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and grow retain and increase revenue from existing clients.   • Be the trusted primary point of contact for new and existing clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Create comprehensive IT solutions and prepare accurate quotations, ensuring they align with client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough account management activities, including solution and stack reviews, quarterly business reviews, and providing valuable advice to clients.
  • Showcase your exceptional time management and scheduling abilities to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and address any technical or service issues, going the extra mile to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Successfully manage renewals of SLA contracts, licensing, and subscriptions.
  • Thrive in project management tasks, collaborating seamlessly with project teams.
  • Work alongside our dedicated staff to create and maintain a positive and enriching client experience.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, services, and processes to meet the unique objectives of each client.
  • Embrace training programs to enhance your technical skills and stay updated on the latest technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements.
  • Embrace additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise and client management skills.
  • Reliable transport required for occasional travel to the company’s office and possible meetings on client sites.
  • Advantageous skills: Proficiency in the M365 Licensing Suite, ability to deliver training, strong technical background, and familiarity with account management tools.

To be considered for this position applicants must be eligible to work and reside in Ireland (holder of an EC Passport or a Current Stamp 4 Visa).
