Learn more about H&M Group .Job DescriptionFor our Customer Service Centre in Barcelona we are looking for Customer Service Agents who are excellent (both spoken and written) in the Italian and English language.The job of an H&M Customer Service Agent comes with responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:Provide fantastic service in all situations – your contact with the customer per phone or email are essential to the customer’s shopping experienceCommunicate clearly – part of the contact to our customers takes place in writing, and therefore your ability to formulate yourself clearly is important.Always be up to date on H&M’s latest activities and initiatives – great knowledge is key for the best customer serviceActively contribute to the work with our values and work environment. Feedback and teamwork are our greatest strengths.QualificationsJust like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:Have strong communication skills in writing and speaking – you are H&M’s ambassador, and your ability to create good relationships with our customers is the key to successCan understand and communicate in English, both orally and written – as part of an international company, a large part of our daily work is done in English. Excellent Italian(both spoken and written) is mandatory.Works thoroughly and efficiently with routine tasks – you can always ensure the quality of both new and repeated tasksHave a positive approach to solving every customer’s challengesHave a good IT understanding and enjoys to guide our customers when navigating our digital platforms such as our website and H&M appHave a great personal drive for development in customer service – we are constantly working with ambitious goalsAdditional InformationThe employment is full-time with a permanent contract. The start date is planned for 10th of March 2025. We require that you provide us with evidence of your proof of right to work in Spain (mandatory DNI/NIE number).Salary – 24.070 euros gross per year. An extra paid of 11,04 euros gross per hour on Sundays and bank holidays worked.Schedules: The contract is full-time (40 hours/week) in rotative shifts and includes working hours during evenings and weekends.
