Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with “can do” attitude to join our team. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation with our internal stakeholders.  

If you have a high focus on pro-active aproach and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!

Responsibilities
-Be a key communication point between the company and our customers
-Process and follow-up on customer orders, respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and assist to resolve issues
-Work in modern ERP systems (SAP)
-Communicate with colleagues worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment
-Maintain close partnership with sales managers and follow-up for pricing, payment and delivery terms in a co-operative spirit 

Required skills and experience
-Experience in B2B customer service facing role or education in related field 
-Advanced (C1) English language skills, both written and spoken
-Upper intermediate (B2) or higher Italian language skills, both written and spoken
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage
