This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.BNP Paribas IT teams are providing infrastructure, development and production support services to all applications used worldwide by all business lines. There is a great variety of technologies and infrastructures from legacy systems to cutting edge Cloud technologies.Within BNP Paribas Group IT, the filiere Production Security is in charge of answering operationally to the challenges of cybersecurity with an end-to-end vision and consistently across the Bank.MISSIONWe are looking for an ITG Local Cell in charge of functional support to deploy ARM, help and advice ITG applications owners on rights modelling on MyAccess (Access Right Management tool). He/She is the interface between assets onwers and technical team.RESPONSIBILITIESThe main activities and missions will be:« Daily support to ITG application owners to deploy their rights on our ARM tool.« Responses to RTS or SNOW ticketing regarding standard request« Responses to RTS or SNOW ticketing regarding user’s incident« Analysis and proposal for non-standard request with Expertise Team support« Analysis and correction of anomalies and inconsistencies reported by users« Ensuring the data quality of the rights catalogue« Communication about services event (Incident, Change)« Guaranteeing the update of documentation (training documentation and user’s guides)« Manage the certification campaignREQUIREMENTSTraining:Education Level:Master Degree or equivalentExperience Level At least 5 yearsExperience:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ is a plus
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in IAM (Access Right Management) with knowledge in Segregation of duties -SOD) Business role, workflows management, reviews and certifications
  • Proactive to help owner’s application
  • Knowledge in Communicating & implementing good security practices
  • Critical mind, good analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, involvement, availability, and taste for teamwork.
  • Ability to listen and communicate to convince, adapting to one’s interlocutors.
  • Ability to take a step back and formalize needs, write synthesis documents and report on work.
  • Very good command of English (written/spoken).
  • French speaking will be appreciated.
