Jr Sales Associate – Surgical Innovations

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the medical device industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
* Proficiency in English & Dutch.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote surgical devices and procedures.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons and hospital staff.
* Provide technical support and training to clients on product usage.
* Coordinate product demonstrations and trials in operating rooms.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
* Prepare detailed reports and analysis for management.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
