Your tasks
- Contributing support in various processes being established in the Service Center such as performing the usual operational activities accounting
- Performing the day-to-day finance activities within the finance team such as accounts receivables and/or accounts payables such as invoice and payment processing, creating and maintaining master data, processing payments, credit reporting and collection, resolving vendor’s and customer’s queries, handling dunning letters
- Supporting the financial closing activities for the customers
What we expect
- Ideal candidates will have 0,5 year in Finance and/or Shared Services experience in a global organization, or in customer service area
- Very good in spoken and written French (B2-C1) and English (B1-C1) language skills
- Customer service-based attitude and focus on getting things done
- Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
- Open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
- Capacity to handle multiple activities in parallel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality and high attention to detail
