In our office in Székesfehérvár-Hungary we are looking for a, Key areas of accountability:
- Invoice Processing and Accounting
- Process supplier invoices with supervision and guidance.
- Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and purchase orders, escalating discrepancies to senior team members.
- Vendor Relations
- Maintain vendor account records.
- Assist in reconciling vendor
- Support compliance by following internal policies and external regulations.
- Reconciliation and Reporting
- Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate accounts payable aging reports and other relevant financial analyses for management.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
- Participate in process improvements by identifying inefficiencies.
- Work under supervision, handling tasks with growing independence.
, Requirements:
Work under certain supervision, and some tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. The job requires initiative, and the person must be able to cope with deadlines. Interaction and communication with both internal and external parties.
- Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role.
- Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor in accounting or university economic degree.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Basic level of English is nice to have
- Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
- Developing problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Works well within a team and takes guidance from senior members.
