We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.The Junior E-Billing Specialist will primarily be responsible for updating various client’s e-billing platforms with financial data such as accruals, budgets, matter statuses. They will also submit invoices to e-billing portals and provide ad hoc reports and statuses to other parts of the business.Dutes & Responsibilities
- To update accruals, budgets and e-billing matters
- To liaise and work with other members of E-Billing team, Revenue, Credit Control, Rates team and Partners/fee earners to provide with updates regarding invoice status
- To create timekeepers’ profiles in e-billing portals, Submission of timekeeper’ rates and fee offers
- To prepare e-billing invoices and upload them to the platforms
- To prepare ad hoc reports
- To follow up on unpaid invoices and actively resolve issues
- To suggest (and implement, where appropriate) process improvements and e-billing procedures
RequirementsSkills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of financial systems
