Now, we’re looking for talented young engineers and consultants to join us on this journey.Your new roleAs our new Junior Energy Consultant, you will join a global group of specialists working across the energy value chain. You’ll be part of a dynamic international team working on forward-looking energy projects.Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior consultants in technical advisory projects.
  • Working on conceptual and feasibility studies for district heating systems, CHP plants, power plants, and energy transformation technologies (e.g. heat pumps, energy storage, PtX, biogas)
  • Preparing technical documentation and assisting in permit and design processes.
  • Supporting the development of tender documentation and investment planning.
  • Collaborating with experts across disciplines to deliver sustainable energy solutions.

Your profile

  • A technical degree (or final-year student) in energy engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience, or strong motivation to start your consulting career.
  • Analytical mindset and a desire to solve real-world problems.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and project tools.
  • Communicative English (minimum B2) – we work on international projects.
  • A passion for energy systems, sustainability, and climate-smart solutions.
  • Bonus: any academic or practical experience with energy systems, renewables, or district heating
