At Eurofins, we are enhancing our Information Systems (EurIS) to meet evolving security challenges, and we’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our ComLIMS and ADMS Project Management Office (PMO) Team.In this role, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team, supporting and managing initiatives critical to the Eurofins network of laboratories worldwide. You’ll oversee vital tools and services such as Program Service Cards, Cost Models, SLA/OLA management, and SharePoint site administration.Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal processes, monitoring KPIs, managing licenses, ensuring compliance with security standards, and conducting internal audits. You’ll also engage in transversal project management, working with diverse teams to meet deadlines and adapt to evolving requirements. This role offers the opportunity to design tools, automate processes, and continuously develop your skills in Agile methodologies, SQL, and more.As a key team member, you will not only support existing projects, you will also play a pivotal role in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with management, product owners, and development teams to deliver quality outcomes.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should bring strong communication and organisational skills, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving. With a background in Computer Science or Information System Management, you should have at least two years of experience in project management or software development, ideally in an international environment.Your technical expertise includes proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Excel macros. Familiarity with SQL, SharePoint, and web development frameworks like ASP.NET is highly valued, as is experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of scripting, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools is a bonus.Fluency in English is essential, along with a strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and excel in a collaborative setting.
